I had a strange encounter with a guy from the U.S Postal Service when I was

Nothing funny there. These guys (as with postal workers anywhere in the
world) dont give a sh*t about your problem and they work by following
the book so to speak. So, unless you ask the right questions or do the
right things they cannot bend the rules to help you. Now you know what
to do if that happens again.

Yes, those little things that have happened to all of us in some form
are always prone to bring a smile.

A nice little story. I hope you can keep us similarly amused with your
chess development. I trimmed computer chess from follow-ups; you might
not want to post there, sometimes the computer folks get a little testy
when the post is not directly relevant to computer chess.

Keep 'em coming for us, though.....
