Nothing, if you don't mind playing against the oczy Bind (4. c4 after 3.
d4 exd4), or my accelerated version 3. c4.

I'll just honestly say I don't know, but if you really want the answer,
a good way to see whether certain opening set-ups work or not is to
play casual (for example, 5 min games on ICC) with it against the
strongest possible players. I think this is even more important than
looking it up in a book or a database as the only way to know if an
opening strategy fits you is to try it. Too often, I have seen a neat
game in a magazine or database, and tried the opening - only to find
the "neat" version is very rare.
