No simple definitions. Try John Rice's book 'Chess Wizardry'
for most, perhaps all of them. Or try the Chess Problem Discussion
Board at http://www.rebnora.com/discussion/, but even then I'm sure
you'd be referred to the book: some of these take fairly careful
digging into and analysis of example problems.

(Some of the simpler terms probably appear in Oxford Companion
to Chess, as well.)
