Subject: Chess mail sign up problems

Hello,


I tried signing up to chess-mails site for the 5th time now. Once ever
day!
After you sign up it says an email will be sent in 15 minutes to verif
the sign up ect. But there is no email thus unable to log in and play
I`m missing crucial game playing time. Are the webmasters o
holiday,lazy or is this site just fake ? help please

Ensure that you do not enter the wrong e-mail address. That is the
main reason for verification emails getting lost. (Or perhaps that
you sign up with one e-mail address, but check the mailbox of another.)

Asking here probably won't get you in tocuh with any webmasters anywhere.
Much better send a mail to them directly. Again, if you don't get any
replies, check that you aren't using a bad email address.

After five attempts, I'd assume he'd have got the address right at least
once! :-) I would suspect that spam filtering is most likely the problem:
either Adam's ISP has blacklisted the website or his own spam filtering
thinks the messages are spam.
