What will happen to this suit is this. After you have served everyone
except the United States (you can't sue the US Government without it's
permission), there will be a motion filed under Federal Rule 12 (b)(6) for
failing to state a case upon which relief can be granted. Before you file
your amended complaint, you really need to consult an attorney. As written,
this is nothing but painting a real big bulls eye on your chest that says
"sue me".

While Ray Gordon may not have anything to lose by this kind of behavior, you
might have some assets that these people can take from you for filing a
frivolous lawsuit.

Better read up on the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, The Local Rules for
the FDC you filed this abortion in, and getting a copy of "Getting to Know
the US Court System, for Dummies". There is a process under Federal Rule
11, that allows those you filed your frivolous lawsuit against, to recover
their costs and to sanction you so that you do not file further meritless
legal actions.

There was not even a mention in your rambling complaint, of a law that has
been broken. The Court won't rewrite it for you, they will just dismiss it
without prejudice and you are right back where you started. With possible
exposure to counter suit.

I'm not sure of the politics of all this, but Mr. Sloan, this was a real bad
idea.

Sloan already won a case before the US Supreme Court as a pro se.

By a 9-0 ruling.

I kid you not.
