Subject: Sanny and his GetClub - why do you bother ??
It's 6 months or so since I looked on here, and see that Sanny is still
going on about his GetClub and people are still wasting their time
playing it, and posting analysis. He still prattles on about how good it
is on one level, and when someone beats it on that level, he tells them
it would beat them on next level. Nothing seems to change.

Perhaps someone could explain the motivation for helping someone who
seems to take little advice, how to improve his program.

Perhaps I am missing something, but I can believe people waste so much
time with getclub.

Yours, rather perplexed!!

My best guess is you have not played at GetClub recently. Only those
players who play at GetClub know how good it is.

Try playing with Beginner & Easy Levels and see how it kills its
opponents. It plays very nice games with each increase in level.

Someone says: "GetClub is still crappy because it (pick one or more

Erm, no.

Each level just looses as miserably against me as the last. I even gave
it white, as you claimed it plays better with white... I really just
needed to move pieces about a bit and wait for the computer to throw
away pawns or minor pieces for nothing much:

Oh, and by the way, Normal takes about 4-10 minutes per move.

I also don't seem to be the only one winning all the time the first 10
games shown on the webpage show a score of 10 - 0 against GetClub. I
conclude it just always looses unless people blunder straight into a
mate due to distractions.
