Sorry, yes, of course, immediately, since you say so.

Seriously, it might be a good idea to read it. Sit down with a glass of
wine, a fire in the fireplace, your feet up and enjoy the read.

I disagree. Two of Phil Innes'es announcements that something
important was going to happen the following day turned out to be
important developments.

1. The announcement that Susan Polgar was resigning from the USCF and
moving back to Hungary. She later said that that had been an April
Fools Joke but I believe that it was not originally intended to be a
joke.

2. The "offer of compromise and settlement" where she offered to drop
her suit against the USCF only on payment of a dollar and an apology
from the USCF. That was later reported in the New York Times.

Apparently you feel that my counter-claim against Susan was not
significant, but ave you actually read it and the exhibits it
contains?

There may be a general rule that anything that needs to be touted
before it appears is not big news. My emails that say URGENT are all
spam, and Phil's big news coming is always repeating the usual
statements. The real revelations never need hype in advance; they are
just stated.

So I've tuned in later, and there's been no news. What's the big
deal here?

Credit where due, however - Sam did find the bankruptcy filings, which
blew part of Truong's life story. I have a proposal for Brian and Sam.
Would Brian be willing to file a case for Sam pro bono, and would Sam
be willing to give up his control? Seems like Brian has put in plenty
of time for free on this anyway, so he might be willing. As for Sam,
he has a real legal case, but is not presenting it effectively. How
about letting Brian handle a case against Truong only (since this is
the impersonation case which has sound evidence and backing), and you
can turn your attention to lawsuits against all the other people who
have more peripheral connections to the impersonation? Brian, you
should also stick just to the FSS postings and ignore other
accusations about Truong which have nothing to do with Sam.

I do appreciate the thoughts expressed. Unfortunately, it isn't really
practical now that Polgar has named me in her action--although I have
not been served and thus have not been joined in her action. While I
don't always agree with Sam and his methodology of legal practice, and
while I do like him as a chess personality, I can't imagine having him
as my client. :-)

There is much groundwork being done at the moment by others which should
be known by all fairly soon. So just sit back, pour a glass of vino and
enjoy the show.
Be certain to check this thread after 9pm tonight.

Almost everything from Lafferty and Sloan has been over-hyped. The
mountains labored, as Horace said.....

Excuse me, I have not presented anything that has not been factually
substantiated. It was Sam who made this pronouncement about shit
hitting the fan.

I hope this isn't over-hyped.

Unless it involves U.S. Marshals and handcuffs it will be a letdown.

Well, it's not what I was thinking of, but Sloan is tighter than an
oyster on its way to the Acme in New Orleans.

judgementday @ clerk.com is another one of the "Fake Sam Sloan"
personalities who has re-appeared after Judge Chin dismissed my
complaint.
