You know, Larry Parr was right all along. Nobody beleived anyone had
any money to invest in his idea. Quit pissing in that damn
CUP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let's cut the bullshit, and count dollars. Who is going to fund chess
investment in the Caribbean, without protection from pissing all over
yourselves? You can't even get into the legal liability of a chain of
custody some of these places are so remote, small, and difficult to
get to for handicap people (I walk with a cane.) We don't have the
proper facilities to be having drug tests, much less; we will never
have the internal demand for illegal drugs. As FIDE asks me to waive
my right to declare a drug free test zone, I am considering expanding
my zone into the US Virgin Islands.

I will not invest in any contract that gives one of Kirsan's many
henchmen the right to drug test my tournaments. Bill Goichberg

this like a pro, he

1. Invented his own ratings
2. Pays FIDE enough in dues to ward off Kirsan

I asked Tim Redman on the medical committee about this, and he led me
down the road to pissing. You see, there is no way to keep your
freedoms within the FIDE system, without fighting for your rights.

The Caribbean islands without internal chess culture cannot support
cohesive piss tests. Everyone knows it, and nobody cares. Kirsan will
go "So" and nobody will talk about me much, but you have this huge
Article V problem, Congress coming in, and many more forces to
support
fundamental rights of capitalism.

St Kitts and Nevis will be a free state within FIDE. FIDE officials
demanded upon our national Olympic committee visit that our children
PEE IN A CUP. Dam it, we live on an island! We HAVE LITTLE INTERNAL
DRUG PROBLEMS TO COMBAT. WE ARE TWO ISLANDS OFF THE COAST OF
VENEZUELA? WHAT IS THE BIG DEAL?

Does it matter if is St Kitts and Nevis, or the US Virgin Islands, or
even Puerto Rico come under my sphere of influence?

Isn't the problem really I will become the most powerful FIDE

to rise from the Caribbean, walking the proxies of several nations,
only loyal to the USA, CAIRCOM, and a drug free zone?

I am a self made millionaire. I believe in my plan. You can play
checkers, bridge, darts, and not pee in a cup. I have taken the next
step in the ideas of Larry Parr, and executed a business model which
Bill Goichberg (my competitor, not my friend) has proven works! This
business model WORKS and it is PROVEN. You can do chess tournaments
on
boats, and that really upsets the bunch that is in boats already.
I would add that all I ask as a citizen of St Kits and Nevis is to
make a lawful earning in my own country? How dare I make such a
claim,
that I can succeed, in defying Kirsan Ilyumzhinov on drug testing.

I was ORDERED BY MY National Olympic Committee President (a direct
order) to RESIST DRUG TESTING. DO NOT IMPLEMENT A SCHOLASTIC CHESS
PLAN. DO NOT ENTER OUR SCHOOLS WITH THAT DAMN CHESS BOARD. The facts
are they are afraid I am queer! Our image has become ugly, but the
people in the Caribbean have survived hundreds of years, and WE WILL
SURVIVE AND THRIVE!
