I was there on the other side of the camera when this picture was
taken.

This picture was taken during "The Ball of the Century" in Reykjavik,
Iceland where Fischer was showing Spassky his analysis of the final
position of the last game in which Spassky resigned the game and
thereby the World Championship title.

Fischer later told me that Spassky had analyzed the position wrong.

Now, does Rob ("The Robber") Mitchell think that the USCF is
going to hire him after all or that I am going to let him back in my
group because he keeps doing this?

I assume that Rob ("The Robber") Mitchell is the same person as
"Tennessee Vols" who has been attacking people over on Susan Polgar's

What does Rob ("The Robber") Mitchell think he is accomplishing by
constantly overwriting other people's threads?

It is a picture of Mayor John Lindsay on the steps of New York City
Hall on the occasion when Lindsay gave Bobby Fischer the keys to the
city after Fischer had defeated Spassky in a match for the World Chess
Championship.

I was there.
