Subject: My Great Predecessors new edition?

Hi
I'm planning to buy the masterpiece written by Kasparov (obviously the
whole series) in english, because the italian version is, in my
opinion, a bit shoddy ( the translation lacks in fluidity, the graphic
isn't good and the cover is in bad taste).
But I've heard that the first tome (and maybe also the second...) is
fully of analytical mistakes.
So I have a question for you: Is there a reprint of volume n.1?

Surely "but nature cannot endure empty spaces" isn't an ethereal
sentence!
I've read Virginia Woolf, James Joyce and George Orwell in english
language, so I have no problems...
However, you have to believe me: italian translation is worse than
english translation. Most likely, Kasparov cannot be compared with
Julian Barnes, but italian translator has disappointed me!

Hey, the translation into English isn't all that great. The main
thrust of things is fine but the translator consistently uses
`literally' to mean the exact opposite (`he was quite literally
suffocated' by his opponent) and the introduction to Volume V says,
`but nature cannot endure empty spaces' which should, one assumes, be
`but nature abhors a vacuum.' And so on. Little things like that.

But the graphics are fine and the covers are in excellent taste. :-)
