I am looking for a handfull of players ranked between 1300 and 1600 to
form a team for the Team Tournament 45 45 on FICS and ICC. We would be
competing for the U1600 prize in a 6 round tournament lasting over a

The main idea I have in proposing this is to find a group of online chess
friends that play around my level, who would like to play together,
analyze games together etc, with the basic idea of improving everyone's
chess ability. Analyzing annotated games and discussing results would be a
similar idea.
If you are motivated about improving your chess and would like to make
some online friends to play/discuss with, please email me. Of course, if
people with higher than 1600 ratings would like to participate in the
general learning, they would be very welcome, although they couldn't play
in the team games.
I play on FICS as gflan. My ranking hovers between 1450 and 1500.
