Subject: Susan Polgar proposal to save the USCF Legal Fees??
I have read her statement on susanpolgar.blogspot.com and on
chessdiscussion.com and I have no idea what she is trying to say.

Susan Polgar wrote, " I have made an official proposal to the board
which will save the USCF tens and thousands and perhaps even hundreds
of thousands of dollars in legal fees."

Of course, she could save the USCF some legal fees by resigning, but I
doubt that is what she means. I wonder what else she could possibly
mean.

If Susan Polgar sues the USCF, it will be because she is about to get
sued her for removal, and wants to pre-empt the USCF. The
FIDE case might make her want to be the Plaintiff; Europeans have a
different idea about all of this. Susan is used to civil law, not
common
Law. Susan lacks the legal understanding of American courts. A legal
genius, not Susan Polgar. Susan won't be able to sell a jury in this
Kind of case. Too many people (other than Ray or cus or Sam) have
been offended by Paul, her husband. She didn't want to admit
They were ried because Chairwoman Polgar knew about the death
threats, and approved of them. Susan is a lunatic, in need of mental
Health. I am about to mail the entire faculty of Texas Tech, and
offended everyone!

Right now, the law offices are reading these postings, and realizing
both the rich and poor, and legal community (judges)
Have been hurt by FSS. When retired judges, rich, and poor people are
all hurt, somehow, the world finds a way to litigate this.

When Susan gets backed into a corner, she might sue the USCF, but that
would be good news, because then the USCF
Must (maybe) countersue to remove her.

If polgar sues, it would be a good thing, Sam!

I think that Phil Innes has got it.

I think she means that she plans to sue the USCF, and this will cost
the USCF a hundred thousand dollars in legal fees.

Sam Sloan should find out how much recent insurance the board has
purchased - 6 figures in premiums! That is what she could possibly mean.

Or she could mean that if a suit against USCF'a actions re the FSS goes
forward, no amount of insurance will be able to cover the damage. Certainly,
if a suit does proceed, it will not stop short of a resolution.

That is what she could mean. Let Sloan think of his own part in this.
