Subject: new uscf lawsuit
i became aware today that a new uscf lawsuit has been filed - this time by
uscf against susan polgar and paul troung, as purported by a lubbock, tx,
news reporter

i am currently investigating the issue and conducting all due diligence, yet
it is already clear that the newspaper knew before either SP or PT that a
suit had been filed, and this itself is an interesting fact

there are some other details i am aware of, and may report here over the
next several days as information emerges

If you read the article in the Lubbock paper it was a listing of all
court proceedings for the area. Looks like a reporter just goes to the
courthouse or calls or gets the report automatically and the paper
prints it. I doubt anybody called the reporter for any of those cases
listed.

And we all shine on!

Thats how news is created. You call a reporter. Tell them what you are
going to do... make it juicy. Then file a suit. Even it the suit is
thrown out the damage is done.I've been in politics long enough to
know how thats done. Sloan knows how to do that very well , too. All
thats needed now is someone who knows how to file lawsuits and.... ?

One day these birds will come home to roost. Karma is a wonderful
thing.
