CM9_R1 on a P4-2.4 says that after 1.h4 Rd1+ 2.Kg2 Ra1 3.f3 a5, White
has pretty good chances (a score of almost +2).

If 1...Kg7, then 2.Kf1 followed by 3.Ke2 and White should be able to
win.

I would have said so, at the very least White has excellent winning chances.
Unfortunately for Black, any active attempts (eg ...Rc2) fail to Rc7 and h4,
when W has an attack against the Black king. So Black is two pawns down, has
weak pawns (g3, e5) and cannot get either his king or rook active quickly.
Having said that, it is worth Black playing on, always a chance of messing
up a R+P endgame!

1 h4 Kg7
2 Kg2 Kf7
3 g5

looks good to me, but there may well be better ways to play for White.
