I've put together a pgn file named qvs3.pgn with maximal wins for Q vs.
the following sets of 3 pieces:

rbn
bbn
rrb
rrn
bbn (op col)
qnn
bbb (same col)
rbb (op col)
rrr
nnn
rnn
bnn
bbb (op col)
rrn
rbb (same col)

It's contained in qvs3.zip:

http://www.lafn.org/~ax810/qvs3.zip

This includes longest.pgn which contains the 29 six-piece endings that
exceed the limits of the 50-move rule. The moves were downloaded from an
online database constructed by Ken Thompson in his last years at Bell
Labs. Some time after his departure, the databases were lost when they
changed file servers.
