That's a good thing IMHO. This used to be a great group but it really
got taken over by the spammers in the past few years. Maybe a little
peace and quiet is what this board needs to calm things down and get
back to analyzing chess.

I see very little spam in rec.games.chess.* -- if you are having spam
problems here, I recommend you find a news provider who does better
filtering.
