Subject: Questions about Hal Bogner

The rumors in the chess world is Hal Bogner is an untrustworthy
individual. It has been alleged that he lies, cheats and steals. He's
harassing and abusing Terry Winchester for personal gains. It has also
been alleged that he tried to blackmail the owners of ICC and slept
with the founder's wife, causing them to divorce. Now he is trying to
scheme the USCF out of money. Can anyone verify if these allegations
are true? Thanks in advance for the info.

That was also my immediate thought, since quite obviously, if you are not
willing to be known, that is, quite literally to own your own words, why
should anyone entertain speculations about what you propose other people do?

otherwise we have the Pot calling the Kettle, a Kettle of color! that's
latest pc joke for Larry Parr,
and he and I have differences about the USCF election and management-style,
but can both fess-up to our own views, sometimes making useful conversation
about the subject at least a potential benefit of conducting it
which, non desperandum, I suggest that everyone try even as a last resort -
since the alternative is to only perform a sort of anonymous agit-prop
campaign which, well...
in the home of the brave?
