As White:
1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 and Bb5. Usually gets confused looks, nervouse tapping,
and an opening advantage for white.
1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 and Black can pick his poison. No surprises
1.e4 e6 2. d3 KIA.
1.e4 c6 2.d4 and go for the Panov-Botvinnik.

As Black:
1.e4 c6. Bring it.
1.d4 d5 2.c4 c6 Slav System
1.c4 c6 Slav System

the black side of this repertoire has alot of cross-strategies that
apply to both the Caro-Kann and the Slav, so this makes playing the
opening much less work intensive.

You'd think a Parrot would play the Bird, no? But I've been playing new
openings, like the English Defence where I know the first 3 moves.

So I choose the other 'bird, and play a Pelikan if I can. I tried playing a
Schliemann for awhile, but it seems only good for fast-paly.

Should like to try a Traxler. But against d4 I play 1. Nf6 and usually get a
Benoni

Bs'd

I almost always play on FICS with black.

Practically always a start with e7-e5, no matter what the opponent
does.

Works for me, though I prefer the Benko Gambit for black a bit.
