Now, The game is prepared to play hard with strong players.

Play a game at: http://www.GetClub.com/Chess.html

Now Time is not important but the Play Strength is improved as I want
my game to beat each player in atleast 50% of the games they play.

Nomorechess, Taylor Kingston, Bob, Bobby Pfusher are playing very
strong and they do not care for time it takes but how good the game
plays. They usually play with Normal Level and other Higher Levels

Now the Game has been improved for Stronger Players. Now they will find
stronger game. but they may have to wait a bit for best moves.

Play a game at: http://www.GetClub.com/Chess.html

Weak players will be easily beaten by the Beginner Level only.

Now Strong moves will be made by even Beginner & Easy levels. It would
be now much difficult to beat Normal Level by Nomorechess.

Bye
Sanny

I did.

You seem to have made a mistake. The program which makes moves every
minute is connected to the button that says "10 seconds/move".

Bring a calendar.

Nope. I'm a weak player, and I just rolled the Beginner Level off the
board. The program resigned when I had 2 rooks and 2 queens against the
program's king, knight and rook.

Only because it's hard to stay awake that long.

do let us know when you improve the program. Perhaps I'll try again.

A while back, we were informed that certain players
at GetClub were stronger than others, based on how
quickly they polished off their opponents. Well, I just
want to point out the fact that I have beaten (according
to the rules stated on the site, viewed by clicking the
"Rules" button) a player called Torena in just one
half-move! That's right, my 1.d4 was so powerful, he
or she could not find any playable response within the
stated time limit of ten minutes per move! I don't like
to brag, but even the great Pfuscher was never this
quick -- not by a country mile. I'm thinking of applying
for a patent on this opening move. I may call it the
Bone-Crusher Attack, or maybe the Immortal Zugzwang
Opening. But first I need to test it against stronger
opposition, like say, Kasparov or Kramnik, to see if
they can find any playable response.

Today nomorechess lost a game with Normal Level

Here is the game:

At last Nomorechess got beaten by GetClub Chess.

Due to program error I suppose the Ratings were not Affected correctly
That will be seen later.

The only effect that increasing the time has on your program is that
>50% of games will not finish, because they take too long.

Really, increasing the time does not make a big difference to the
quality of play of your program (or chess programs in general).

If you want to improve your game, then read up on chess programming
techniques. Even a by now a bit dated book like Steinwender & Friedel
should be a revelation to you. I am sure there are plenty of online
ressources on it, too. Additionally you have been getting (and ignoring)
a lot of good advice by e.g. help bot.

ROFL!

Sanny, unless and until you swap your current chess
program with a commercial-grade replacement, I will
easily decimate it at will. For I am a (fallible) chess
genius, while your current team of programmers are
hopelessly clueless when it comes to chess.

1) Your program still fails to do check and capture
extentions, as is evident in many games.

2) At the displayed depth of search I have seen in
my games, you *must* do these extensions, or simply
hang material (or allow mate) in virtually every game!

3) The importance of tactics cannot be overestimated;
until you allow the human opponent ample opportunity
to make game-losing tactical errors, you stand no real
chance. It is crucial that your program avoid these
simple tactical errors in order to prolong the game and
thus give the human opponent...a chance to make human
errors. So long as your program is worse than many
humans at tactics -- the one area where computers can
really strut their stuff -- you are doomed. Doomed, I say!
