which application is better to improve my play?
Fritz 11 or Chessmaster: Grandmaster Edition
i play chess for 10 years but i am a weak player,
because i play very rare.

I've used neither but people usually say that Chessmaster is better at
playing at lower levels than Fritz. Chessmaster also has a lot of
tutorial meterial that should be of use to you.

You can Play at GetClub Chess and it has 5 different levels for each
player.

Beginner Level: for weak Players
EasyLevel : for Average Players
Normal Level for Strong Players.
Then there is a Master Level which plays like Tournament players.
Its free to Join and play. You can play upto 30 games for free
afterwords only Beginner Level is available. Your games are recorded
and you can analyze the games and see them in Animation.
Its lot of fun to play at GetClub Chess.. Many people come and play at
GetClub Chess.
It requires no downloads. And with 5 min after your Login you can
start playing Chess.
Yes Email Verification is needed so that only Human players play
against it. You can have matches with other Human Opponents also.

Use CM for playing against and the tutorials.
Use Fritz for game analysis.
Both of them have their strengths and weaknesses. Personally
I would recommend getting both :)

Yes when you do not play for awhile you get rusty , at least i do ..
I play a lot but i seem to be stuck at the level i am at and i do not
improve much but that is OK because i play just because i enjoy the game
.
