which application is better to improve my play?
Fritz 11 or Chessmaster: Grandmaster Edition

i play chess for 10 years but i am a weak player,
because i play very rare.

I've used neither but people usually say that Chessmaster is better at
playing at lower levels than Fritz. Chessmaster also has a lot of
tutorial meterial that should be of use to you.

Use CM for playing against and the tutorials.
Use Fritz for game analysis.

Both of them have their strengths and weaknesses. Personally
I would recommend getting both :)

Yes when you do not play for awhile you get rusty , at least i do ..
I play a lot but i seem to be stuck at the level i am at and i do not
improve much but that is OK because i play just because i enjoy the game
.
