Subject: Chess App for a Cell phone recommendation
I have nokia 5310 express music and would like to use it to play chess.
I'm wondering which application out there provides the best gaming
experience. I'm talking specifically about difficulty of play. Shredder
mobile is nice but the price is steep at about 50$. Any recommendations
would be appreciated.

thanks

I had one on my nokia 6230i for a few minutes; 'twas too fiddly.

Since I have an - or is it 'a' - XDA III I use Pocket Fritz 2.

I USED to use chess genius - that is also brilliant.

I use an HP IPAQ running Pocket Fritz 3--it gives an equivalent game
to a professional chess software program running on a Pentium II.

Pretty good for me.
