Subject: Hanken's hankerin' to be sued, give the USCF membership bucks direct t

Jerry Hanken - he has no business interfering. When round two is
over, and Sloan, Lafferty, Roberts plus one or two present members
of the board are getting their asses sued, a new EB will consider
what legal remedies are available against Hanken; he does not have
bona-fide authorization to negotiate on behalf of the USCF with a
notorious convicted felon, and he knows that too, so assumes full
personal liability for whatever flows from his ill-advised actions.
The USCF, in its reborn form, will have no vicarious liability for
Hanken's deal-makings and it disclaims all responsibility for them.
The USCF is not bound by contracts purportedly entered into on its
behalf but which are ultra vires, negotiated in bad faith e.t.c.
Hanken - fuck off, or face the consequences. All of them, not only
the legal and financial ones.

Donna Alarie - she apparently doesn't know what she is doing. The
verdict of history on her will be very harsh, very severe. It will
convict her as being the fine person who enabled Sam Sloan. As his
ally. As his "partner". In the same category as cus Roberts. Her
opinion of Brian Lafferty so diverges from reality that one should
Laffertyou. Shame on you, Donna. I wish I had never supported her.

they need, instead of being an accessory after the fact. If you met
Roberts you would realize he is actually a person with fine moral
values and enough brains to know right from wrong. I remember only

for enabling Sloan's cunning plan. cus will have some explaining
to do to the Highest Court of all. For a few crumbs from the table
of his master, cus sold his soul, what a victory for Satan. No
one barks louder than cus about the USCF not protecting kids
from scholastic volunteers and officers who MOLEST, while at the
same time look who cus sides with. Unless the Almighty is very
gullible, or cus renounces his path by writing to Judge Chin and
visiting street justice on the evildoers, cus's ass is toast.

If you are thinking of allowing your USCF membership to be renewed,
given what the panicked EB rats are scurrying about doing, you may
as well instead send your hard-earned bucks directly to the tenants
at 1664 Davidson Ave., Apartment 1B, Bronx NY 10453.
