Interesting indeed, thank you for presenting this. No one quite like
Troitzky. I let Fritz8 go at for about half an hour, and it got
nowhere. Is Black really unable to extricate his king from the
confining net White shows in your video?

There is no need for that. In the final position on the video, after
1...f2 2.N-any, Black has only 2...f1(Q or whatever). Then, after
3.Nxf1, we have a position of B+N vs. bare King, that has long been
known to be theoretically won for White.
Mate then is a matter of elementary technique. White drives the
black king to a corner square of the bishop's color, i.e. h1 or a8 in
this case, and delivers mate. One such position would be black K on
a8, White K on b6, N on a6, and B on c6. To see illustrations of the
technique, get any decent book on endgames, e.g. "Basic Chess Endings"
by Fine, or "Fundamental Chess Endings" by Mueller and Lamprecht.
B+N vs K is the most difficult of the basic mates, and depending on
the position it can take 30+ moves to force mate. But there was no
need for Troitzky to play out to mate; for the purposes endgame
studies, reaching a theoretically won position is enough.

I didn't understand what is the purpose of this video. In the end
Black can play c7. It is not win for any of the player? Looks like a
drawn game.

Is there any Mate in 4/5?

75 plys or 37 random Moves were played. Were they forced moves?

On f7 White King to c3 for example. White Wins.

Yes, White has to stalemate Black King on any square and then wins.
