Yes, they have teams of helpers. To get a good perspective on What's up with
Kramnik, fight your way to chessdom and watch Kramnik's second from last
year talk about being in Spain for the Euro Team Champ, but also what is
happening in Bonn with Kramnik's preparation.

Anand: Peter Heine Nielsen, Rustam Kasimdzhanov, Radoslav Wojtaszek
and Surya Shekhar Ganguly. He has also recently been working with
Magnus Carlsen.

Kramnik: Sergei Rublevsky, Laurent Fressinet and Peter Leko.
